This policy applies to global orders. This policy is intended to ensure that you clearly understand our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.
Transportation Costs

- Expedited Shipping from $12.99
Shipping, Handling, and Order Deadlines
- Generally, shipments have a transit time of 10 to 15 days (Monday to Friday).
- Order cut-off time is 05:00 PM EST (New York).
- Order processing time is 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday).
- Expedited Shipping: 7-10 business days.
Delivery Conditions
- We ship products using DHL Express.
Change of Address
- Once shipping is complete, we cannot change the shipping address. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order.
Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your order until it is delivered to you.
Cancellation
- If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order ships. If the order has shipped, please see our refund policy.
Package Damaged in Transit
- If you find that the package is damaged in transit, please reject the package and contact our customer service. If the package has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for the next steps.
Order Processing Time
- Our order processing time is 2-4 business days, 8 AM-4 PM. We will not make deliveries or ship orders on public holidays or any other day other than working days. Orders will be processed, fulfilled, and shipped as soon as we receive payment. Shipping time largely depends on when the order ships. However, our delivery time is usually 7-10 days unless there are delays due to shipping companies or other external factors. We will endeavor to avoid any delays in the shipment of your order, but we accept no liability for delays caused by customs officials in clearing products or for other occurrences, including but not limited to, failure or delay in approving payment. We do not ship on public holidays or any day other than working days.
Returned Products
- To be eligible for returns and exchanges, all items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase, original manufacturer packaging, and original documentation with all tags attached. Refunds will be made in the same way as payments unless you choose to exchange or receive store credit for the refunded amount. If your return request meets our criteria, Fangic, LLC will deduct the full amount for original shipping and handling, if any, and you will receive your refund within approximately 2-3 weeks.
